Acquisition

Looking to be acquired?

Want your business to join the APG team?

APG has experienced significant growth since its formation, more than doubling our turnover.

This growth has been down to a blend of strong organic growth within the businesses and a number of complementary acquisitions.

With our aim being to continue this positive growth strategy, we are keen to hear from companies that are looking to sell, or join the group and be part of the journey.

A highly commercial management team with many years’ experience in M&A and the ability to fund our own acquisitions means that we can complete transactions with the minimum of time and stress.

If you’re looking to retire from the industry, or need support to meet business challenges, or simply looking to be part of an ambitious group with a support network around you then we’d love to hear from you.
