We are proud to announce our new logo and a new website.
The rebrand has given us an updated logo is now much simpler and is visually less busy. We wanted to create the feeling of “Britishness,” we are proud to protect the UK and wanted to highlight this element about the businesses across the group. The red lettering is countered with a blue triangle, resembling the bottom left quarter of the “Union Jack.” The sans-serif letterforms featuring rounded corners which gives the new logo a modern look.
As part of the rebrand, we also wanted to produce a new website that highlights our divisions as well as grouping our services by sector/market, i.e. if you are in education/retail we have a page just for you.
Giving employees across the group a resource that they can point customers towards, this gives us a new opportunity to highlight the benefits of companies in the group. The site is fully responsive, we wanted to make sure that the website looked great across all screen sizes, whether you are on mobile, tablet or desktop.
What’s new
The new website has a division page that shows all companies in the group, ARK, BGB, Cannon & VRC. On these pages visitors can get to divisional websites, on top of this, we have our sectors pages which shows our areas of business.
We also have a webpage showing our accreditations, highlighting awards, accreditations and other quality marks held by the group. If you wish to know more about an accreditation, click on it to visit the relevant page, which will tell you about the accreditation and the companies within the group that hold relevant accreditation.
We also have put together a newsletter webpage where visitors can subscribe to our monthly e-newsletter and once a month you will receive an email containing the best news from all across the APG group.

Nicholas Michael, Content Developer & Digital Marketing said the following…
“During the rebrand, I was sent some scamps from the Managing Director, developed both his concepts & few of my own. From one of the scamps provided we developed a simple sans serif AP form that features rounded corners. The inspirations for the project were logos such as FILA, British Airways & the “Made in Britain Mark,” that is seen on British Manufacturing and Farming. I wanted the simplicity and scalability of the FILA logo with a strong British connotation and something that tells the audience/customers they are dealing with English companies.”
